Typical turnaround times:
Digital Print - 5 business days (specific products may have faster production times)
Screen Print - 7-10 business days
Embroidery - 10 business days
Please make sure you are uploading high quality .png .jpg or .svg files. File preparation best practices would be a minimum of 1000px wide and a resolution of 300dpi. If available upload files in .svg vector format for best results. We do not guarantee the quality of print for lower resolution images.
Please check the following for mistakes: SPELLING, IMAGE QUALITY, TEXT AND PLACEMENT.
Note: We print the final product exactly as it is created in the designer and will not take responsibility for supplied artwork, spelling mistakes or image placement.
Budget Promotion must be notified of firm due dates and will send confirmation before a due date is considered confirmed.
Occasionally items may be ordered that are not in stock with suppliers/vendors. In this case we would either recommend substitutes or place the item(s) on back order.
In the event or a mistake/misprint Budget Promotion will replace all effect garments/products. Mistakes are considered to be the following: wrong artwork, wrong location/size or wrong colour garments/products. We do not offer refunds for mistakes or misprints.
All items are considered final sale and refunds are not offered on any customized garments/products.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be based on the status of the order and its current place in the production process.
Budget Promotion reserves the right to refuse service for orders deemed to be offensive or inappropriate.
